Prior to joining the STAR HARBOR™ Team, Blair was the CEO of the John Madden Company’s $240M Asset Portfolio. She pioneered industry standards through integrated real estate services, including land acquisition, asset management, project management, brokerage and leasing, tenant finish, construction management, and property management. 

There, she strengthened the company’s commitment to developing and managing vibrant commercial spaces that enhance the community, provided a superior experience for tenants, and optimized returns for investors.

Blair’s diverse professional background in education and business management gives her a unique perspective and approach to business. 

With deep green development at the core, Blair is committed to developing and managing projects with an innovative mix of sustainability, art, architecture, landscaping, and thoughtful master planning.

Prior to Blair’s real estate career, she experienced 20+ Years in designing and building transformational educational programming within both the public and private sectors.

She completed both her MBA in Ethics and Legal Studies and the Teacher Education Program at the University of Denver. 

From time to time, you can catch Blair in her lab making spagyrics, in the gym power lifting, or outside by the fire with her two daughters Willow and Lily.
